ජාතික සාහිත්‍ය කලා මහෝත්සවය - 2022 හලාවත ආනන්ද ජාතික පාසල් ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී සැත්තැම්බර් 22 දා පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත ය. ඊට සමගාමීව දිස්ත්‍රික් සාහිත්‍ය උත්සවය ඔක්තෝබර් මස 05 දා පුත්තලම නගරශාලා ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී පැවැත්වීමට අපේක්ෂිත බව පසුගිය දා (15) දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ පැවති සංස්කෘතික බල මණ්ඩල රැස්වීමේ දී අනාවරණය විය.

සාහිත්‍ය මාසය මුල්කොට ගෙන සාහිත්‍යමය වැඩසටහන් ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාශ මට්ටමින් දැනටමත් ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. කලායතන පිළිබඳව තොරතුරු පද්ධතිය යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමේ අවශ්‍යතාවය මෙහිදී විශේෂ අවදානයට ලක්විය.

දිස්ත්‍රික් සංස්කෘතික උත්සව අවස්ථාවේ දී දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ කලාකරුවන් ඇගයීමට ලක්කිරීමේ උපහාර උළෙලක් පැවැත්වීම පිළිබඳව යෝජනා ඉදිරිපත් වූ බැවින් වසර 05ක් දක්වා ඉදිරියට සාහිත්‍ය උත්සවයන් හි ඇගයීමට ලක්විය යුතු කලාකරුවන්ගේ නාමලේඛන සැකසීම හා ඉදිරි වර්ෂයේ ඇගයීමට ලක්වන කලාකරුවා පිළිබඳව පවත්නා වසරේ උත්සවයේ දී ප්‍රකාශයට පත්කිරීම සම්බන්ධව මෙහිදී පොදු එකඟතාවයට පත්වුවා.

පවතිත අර්බුදකාරි තත්වය හමුවේ කලානිර්මාණ මුද්‍රණයෙන් එළිදැක්වීමේ දී ඇති ගැටළු හා ඒ සඳහා බලමණ්ඩලයේ මැදිහත්වීමෙන් සහනදායි ක්‍රමවේදයක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමේ අවශ්‍යතාව පිළිබඳව ද මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා කළේය. අද මෙම දිස්ත්‍රික් සංස්කෘතික බල මණ්ඩලය රැස්වූයේ වසර තුනකට පසුව ය.

தேசிய இலக்கியக் கலை விழா - 2022 செப்டம்பர் 22 ஆம் தேதி சிலாபம்ஆனந்த தேசிய பள்ளி கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. இதேவேளை, மாவட்ட இலக்கிய விழா எதிர்வரும் ஒக்டோபர் மாதம் 5ஆம் திகதி புத்தளம் நகர மண்டப கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற உள்ளதாக அண்மையில் (15) மாவட்டச் செயலக கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற்ற கலாசாரக் குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. ஏற்கனவே பிரதேச செயலக மட்டத்தில் சாஹித்ய மாதம் தொடக்கம் இலக்கிய நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.  கலை நிறுவனங்களைப் பற்றிய தகவல் அமைப்பை புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இங்கு சிறப்பு கவனம் பெற்றது.

National Literary Arts Festival - 2022 is scheduled to be held on September 22nd at Ananda National School Auditorium, Halawatha. At the same time, it was revealed in the cultural committee meeting held at the District Secretariat Auditorium recently (15) that the District Literary Festival is expected to be held on October 5th at the Puttalam Town Hall Auditorium. Literary programs are already being implemented at the divisional secretariat level, starting with Sahitya month. The need to update the information system about art institutions received special attention here.

At the time of the district cultural festival, a proposal was made to hold a tribute ceremony for the appreciation of the artists of the district, so a general consensus was reached regarding the preparation of the list of artists to be appreciated in literary festivals for the next 05 years and the announcement of the artist to be appreciated in the upcoming year at the festival of the current year.

In view of the current crisis situation, he also discussed about the problems of publishing artwork through printing and the need to implement a palliative system with the intervention of the government. Today this district cultural authority met after three years.
