ගොඩනගමු ශ්‍රී ලංකා " පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් නිදහස් දින සැමරුම් උළෙල පුත්තලම කොළඹ මුවදොර කලපු තීරයේදී අද දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවේ සම සභාපති මන්ත්‍රී ගයාන් ජානක මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් අභිමානවත් ලෙස පැවැත්විය. මෙය අභිමානයෙන් සමරනු ඒ සඳහා පුත්තලම ඇන්ඩෘ විද්‍යාලය ශිෂ්‍යභට කණ්ඩායම සහ ආනන්ද විද්‍යාලය තූර්ය වාදක කණ්ඩායම විසින් පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවේ සභාපති පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ගයාන් ජානක මහතා ඇතුළු ආරාධිත අමුත්තන් සමඟ අමුත්තන් පිළිගන්නා ලදී.

පුත්තලම ඇන්ඩෘ විද්‍යාලය දරුවන්ගේ ජාතික ගීතය ගායනය සහ පුත්තලම ආනන්ද විද්‍යාලයේ දරුවන්ගේ ආශිර්වාද ගායනය ගොඩනඟමු ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් නිදහස් උළෙල ආරම්භය සටහන් කරන ලදී. තවද කරුවලගස්වැව සංස්කෘතික මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ පූජා නර්තනය, හින්දු විද්‍යාලයේ දැරියන් ඉදිරිපත් කළ නර්තනය, පුත්තලම සංස්කෘතික මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ නව නිර්මාණ නර්තනය, පල්ලම සංස්කෘතික මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ නව නිර්මාණ නර්තනය සහ ආනමඩුව සංස්කෘතික මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ වෙස් නර්තනයෙන්, නිදහස් දින සැමරුම් උළෙල වර්ණවත් වන වේ.

මෙම අවස්ථාවේ දී දමිළ මාධ්‍ය සුභාශියෝසනය පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී මොහොමඩ් ෆායිසාල් ඔහු ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර, සිංහල මාධ්‍ය දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවේ සභාපති /පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ගයාන් ජානක මහතා විසින් සුභ පැතුම් එක් කළේය. මෙම අවස්ථාවට ගරුතර ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේලා සහ පූජ්‍යපක්ෂය, පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ දේශපාලන අධිකාරිය, පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් ඉන්දික සිල්වා මහතා, අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් (පාලනය)පුබුදිකා එස් බණ්ඩාර ඇය, අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් (ඉඩම්) චතුරක ජයසිංහ මහතා, ත්‍රිවිධ හමුදාව සහ පොලිසිය, සිවිල් ආරක්ෂක අංශ, රාජ්‍ය සහ අර්ධ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන සහ රාජ්‍ය නොවන සංවිධාන, පාසල් ශිෂ්‍ය භට කණ්ඩායම්, බාල දක්ෂ කණ්ඩායම්, ප්‍රදේශයේ පාසල් ළමුන් සහ ප්‍රවාහණයන් රැසක් එක්ව සිටියහ.

පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්කය රාජ්‍ය, අර්ධ රාජ්‍ය කාර්යාලය සහ රාජ්‍ය නොවන සංවිධාන එක්ව මෙම වැඩසටහන සංවිධානය කරයි.

The “Let’s Build Sri Lanka” Puttalam District Independence Day celebration was held with great pride today at the Puttalam Colombo Lagoon Front, under the patronage of Hon. Gayan Janaka, Member of Parliament and Co-Chairman of the District Coordinating Committee.

The ceremony commenced in a grand manner, with the cadet corps of Puttalam Andrew’s College and the band of Puttalam Ananda College welcoming the Chairman of the District Coordinating Committee, Hon. MP Gayan Janaka, along with other distinguished invitees. The celebration officially began with the singing of the National Anthem by the students of Puttalam Andrew’s College, followed by a blessing song performed by the students of Puttalam Ananda College.

The event was further enriched with a series of vibrant cultural performances, including a ceremonial dance by the Karuwalagaswewa Cultural Centre, a dance item presented by students of the Hindu College, creative dance performances by the Puttalam Cultural Centre and the Pallama Cultural Centre, and a traditional Ves dance by the Anamaduwa Cultural Centre.

On this occasion, greetings in the Tamil medium were delivered by Hon. Member of Parliament Mohamed Faisal, while greetings in the Sinhala medium were conveyed by the Chairman of the District Coordinating Committee and Member of Parliament, Hon. Gayan Janaka.

The event was graced by the presence of the Most Venerable Buddhist monks and clergy of other faiths, members of the political authority of the Puttalam District, Puttalam District Secretary Mr. Indika Silva, Additional District Secretary (Administration) Ms. Pubudika S. Bandara, Additional District Secretary (Lands) Mr. Chathuraka Jayasinghe, representatives of the Tri-Forces and the Police, Civil Security Department personnel, representatives of state and semi-government institutions, non-governmental organizations, school cadet corps, scout troops, schoolchildren of the area, and a large number of members of the public.

“கட்டுவோம் இலங்கையை” என்ற தொனிப்பொருளின் கீழ் புத்தளம் மாவட்ட சுதந்திர தின விழா இன்று புத்தளம் கொழும்பு முகத்துவாரம் களப்புத் துறையில், மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவின் இணைத் தலைவரும் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான கௌரவ கயான் ஜனக அவர்களின் தலைமையில் பெருமையுடன் நடைபெற்றது.

விழாவின் ஆரம்பத்தில், புத்தளம் ஆண்ட்ரூஸ் கல்லூரியின் மாணவர் கடேட் அணியும், புத்தளம் ஆனந்தா கல்லூரியின் இசைக்குழுவும், மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவின் தலைவரும் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான கௌரவ கயான் ஜனக அவர்களையும், அழைக்கப்பட்ட விசேட விருந்தினர்களையும் வரவேற்றனர். புத்தளம் ஆண்ட்ரூஸ் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களின் தேசிய கீதப் பாடலுடன் விழா ஆரம்பமானதுடன், புத்தளம் ஆனந்தா கல்லூரி மாணவர்களின் ஆசீர்வாதப் பாடல் நிகழ்வை மேலும் சிறப்பித்தது.

இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, கருவலகஸ்வேவ கலாசார மையத்தின் பூஜை நடனம், இந்து கல்லூரி மாணவியர்களின் நடன நிகழ்ச்சி, புத்தளம் கலாசார மையத்தின் நவீன நடனம், பள்ளம கலாசார மையத்தின் நவீன நடனம் மற்றும் ஆனமடுவ கலாசார மையத்தின் வேஸ் நடனம் ஆகிய கலாசார நிகழ்ச்சிகள் சுதந்திர தின விழாவை வண்ணமயமாக்கின. இந்நிகழ்வில், தமிழ் மொழி வாழ்த்துரையை நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் கௌரவ முகமது ஃபைசல் அவர்கள் வழங்கியதுடன், சிங்கள மொழி வாழ்த்துரையை மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுத் தலைவர் மற்றும் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினரான கௌரவ கயான் ஜனக அவர்கள் வழங்கினார்.
