පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම්තුමාගේ සහ ප්රාදේශීය සෞඛ්ය සේවා අධ්යක්ෂතුමාගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන් දිස්ත්රික් ඩෙංගු මර්ධන කමිටු රැස්වීම 2026 ජූලි 08 දින පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේදී පැවැත්විණි.
මෙම රැස්වීමේදී දිස්ත්රික්කය තුළ ඩෙංගු ව්යාප්තිය වැළැක්වීම සහ මර්ධන කටයුතු තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කිරීම සඳහා ගත යුතු ක්රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳව පුළුල් ලෙස සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි.
රැස්වීමේදී අවධාරණය කළ ප්රධාන කරුණු පහත පරිදි වේ.
- සෞඛ්ය අංශයේ මඟපෙන්වීම සහ සම්බන්ධීකරණය යටතේ, දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලය ඇතුළු සියලුම රාජ්ය ආයතන, ශ්රී ලංකා පොලිසිය, ත්රිවිධ හමුදාව, පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සහ පළාත් සභා එක්ව ක්රියා කිරීමෙන් පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික්කයේ ඩෙංගු මර්ධන වැඩසටහන් වඩාත් සාර්ථකව ක්රියාත්මක කළ හැකි බව අවධාරණය කරන ලදී.
- එළඹෙන අගෝස්තු මාසයේ පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත තලවිල මංගල්යය සඳහා දිවයිනේ විවිධ ප්රදේශවලින් විශාල බැතිමතුන් පිරිසක් පැමිණීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන බැවින්, එම ප්රදේශය ආවරණය වන පරිදි විශේෂ ඩෙංගු මර්ධන සහ පරිසර පිරිසිදු කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති බව දැනුම් දෙන ලදී.
- පාසල් දරුවන් හරහා පවුල් සහ ප්රජාව වෙත ඩෙංගු මර්ධනය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් ඉතා සාර්ථක ප්රවේශයක් බවත්, එවැනි දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කිරීම සඳහා විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කළ යුතු බවත් අවධාරණය කරන ලදී.
ඩෙංගු මර්ධනය සෞඛ්ය අංශයට පමණක් සීමා වූ වගකීමක් නොව, රාජ්ය ආයතන, පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සහ මහජනතාවගේ ඒකාබද්ධ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් පමණක් සාර්ථකව ඉටු කළ හැකි ජාතික වගකීමක් බවද මෙහිදී අවධාරණය කෙරිණි

புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் மற்றும் சுகாதார சேவைகளின் பிராந்திய பணிப்பாளர் ஆகியோரின் அனுசரணையில், மாவட்ட டெங்கு கட்டுப்பாட்டுக் குழுவின் கூட்டம் 2026 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 08 ஆம் தேதி புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
இக்கூட்டத்தில், மாவட்டத்தில் டெங்கு தடுப்பு மற்றும் கட்டுப்பாட்டை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கு எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டிய நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து விரிவான விவாதங்கள் நடத்தப்பட்டன.
கூட்டத்தில் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்ட முக்கிய அம்சங்கள் பின்வருமாறு:
- புத்தளம் மாவட்டத்தில் டெங்கு கட்டுப்பாட்டுத் திட்டங்களை, மாவட்ட செயலகம், இலங்கை காவல்துறை, முப்படைகள், உள்ளூராட்சிகள் மற்றும் மாகாண சபைகள் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து அரசாங்க நிறுவனங்களுடனும், சுகாதாரத் துறையின் வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பின் கீழ் இணைந்து செயல்படுவதன் மூலம் மேலும் வெற்றிகரமாக செயல்படுத்த முடியும் என்று வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது.
- ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் நடைபெறவுள்ள தலவில திருவிழாவிற்காக தீவின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலிருந்து ஏராளமான பக்தர்கள் வருவார்கள் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுவதால், அப்பகுதியை உள்ளடக்கிய சிறப்பு டெங்கு கட்டுப்பாடு மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் தூய்மைப்படுத்தும் திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
- பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் மூலம் குடும்பங்களுக்கும் சமூகங்களுக்கும் டெங்கு கட்டுப்பாடு குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்துவது மிகவும் வெற்றிகரமான அணுகுமுறை என்றும், அத்தகைய விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துவதில் சிறப்பு கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது.
மேலும், டெங்கு கட்டுப்பாடு என்பது சுகாதாரத் துறைக்கு மட்டும் உரிய பொறுப்பு அல்ல, மாறாக அது ஒரு தேசியப் பொறுப்பு என்றும், அரசு நிறுவனங்கள், உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்கள் ஆகியோரின் கூட்டுப் பங்கேற்புடன் மட்டுமே அதனை வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவேற்ற முடியும் என்றும் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது.

The District Dengue Control Committee meeting was held on 08 July 2026 at the Puttalam District Secretariat under the patronage of the Puttalam District Secretary and the Regional Director of Health Services.
In this meeting, extensive discussions were held on the measures to be taken to further strengthen the prevention and control of dengue in the district.
The main points emphasized in the meeting are as follows.
- It was emphasized that dengue control programs in the Puttalam district can be implemented more successfully by working together with all government institutions including the District Secretariat, Sri Lanka Police, Tri-Forces, Local Governments and Provincial Councils, under the guidance and coordination of the Health Sector.
- It was informed that since a large number of devotees are expected to arrive from various parts of the island for the upcoming Thalawila festival to be held in August, special dengue control and environmental cleaning programs are planned to be implemented covering that area.
- It was emphasized that awareness programs on dengue control to families and communities through school children are a very successful approach and that special attention should be paid to further strengthening such awareness programs.
It was also emphasized that dengue control is not a responsibility limited to the health sector alone, but a national responsibility that can only be successfully fulfilled with the joint participation of government institutions, local government institutions and the public.
