සොබා යාත්‍රා -  25 ළමා නිර්මාණ තරගාවලියේ ජයග්‍රාහකයන් සඳහා ත්‍යාග හා සහතික පත් ප්‍රධානෝත්සවය දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් එච්.එම්. එස්. පි.හේරත් මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පැවැත්විණි.

පරිවාස හා ළමාරක්ෂක සේවා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ළමා සමාජ වැඩසටහනට අයත් පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ළමා සමාජයේ පරිසර කමිටුව විසින් පරිසර දිනයට සමගාමීව මෙම තරගාවලිය සංවිධානය කර තිබුණි.

මාර්ගගතව පවත්වන ලද මෙම තරගාවලිය සඳහා  ඡායාරූප සංස්කරණය, කෙටි චිත්‍රපට නිර්මාණය, චිත්‍ර, ගද්‍ය, පද්‍ය රචනා හා කථික  යන තරග අංශ යටතේ   දරුවන් විසින්   සිය  නිර්මාණ ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී.

මෙම තරගාවලියේ විශේෂත්වය වන්නේ දරුවන් විසින්ම සංවිධානය කර දරුවන්ගේ සහභාගිත්ව අයිතිය තහවුරු කිරීමයි.

දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ළමා සමාජ දරුවන්ගේ තරගාවලියට අමතරව මීට සමගාමීව මිත්‍ර දිස්ත්‍රික්ක ලෙස ආසන්නතම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයන්හි දරුවන් සඳහා ද මෙම තරගාවලිය පවත්වා ඔවුන්ව ඇගයීමට ලක් කිරීම ද මෙහි දී සිදු කළේය.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට  අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් ( පාලන ) පුබුදිකා එස් බණ්ඩාර මහත්මිය, සහකාර දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් නිමේෂා ජයපත්ම මහත්මිය, පරිවාස  හා ළමාරක්ෂක සේවා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ සහකාර කොමසාරිස් සඳරේකා ලියනගේ මහත්මිය, දිස්ත්‍රික් ළමා හිමිකම් නිලධාරී, ළමා හිමිකම් ප්‍රවර්ධන නිලධාරීන්  ඇතුළු දෙමාපියන් සහ දරුවන් සහභාගි විය.

Soba Yatra: Weekly certificates are given to 25 winners.

The prize giving and certificate Awarding ceremony for the winners of the Soba Yatra - 25 Children's Creativity Competition was held at the District Secretariat Auditorium under the patronage of District Secretary H.M. S. P. Herath.

The competition was organized by the Puttalam District Children's Club Environment Committee, which is part of the Children's Club Program operating under the Department of Probation and Child Protection Services, in conjunction with Environment Day.

For this competition, which was held online, children submitted their creations under the categories of photo editing, short film making, drawing, prose, poetry and speech.

The specialty of this competition is that it is organized by the children themselves and ensures the right of children to participate.

In addition to the competition for children from the district's children's clubs, this competition was also held for children from the nearest districts as friend districts and they were also appreciated here.

Dream Destination දුම්රිය ස්ථාන නවීකරණ වැඩසටහන යටතේ  පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ නාත්තන්ඩිය සහ හලාවත දුම්රිය ස්ථාන දෙක නවීකරණය සඳහා  තෝරා ගෙන ඇති බව ප්‍රවාහන, මහා මාර්ග, වරාය සහ සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා අමාත්‍ය බිමල් රත්නායක මහතා පවසයි. ඒ මහතා මේ බව පැවසුවේ අද පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ පැවති ප්‍රවාහන, මහා මාර්ග, වරාය සහ සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා අමාත්‍යාංශයට අයත් ආයතනවල ගැටළු පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කළ විශේෂ සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවේ දී ය.

 මෙහිදී පසුගිය වසර දෙක තුළ බස් රථ ධාවනය සිදු නොකළ මාර්ග, ලාභ නොලැබීම හේතුවෙන් බස් රථ ධාවනය සිදු නොකරන ලද බස් මාර්ග, අන්තර් පළාත් ක්‍රියාත්මක විය යුතු නව බස් මාර්ග, ගමනාගමන අපහසුතා පවතින සංවර්ධනය විය යුතු මාර්ග, අනාරක්ෂිත දුම්රිය ගේට්ටු සම්බන්ධ තොරතුරු, මාර්ග සංඥා, අත්‍යාවශ්‍ය ස්ථාන තොරතුරු, දුම්රිය ස්ථානයන්ට අදාළව සංවර්ධනය විය යුතු වෙනත් යෝජිත සේවා අවශ්‍යතා, මෝටර් රථ ප්‍රවාහන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට අදාළ සේවාවල නව සේවා අවශ්‍යතා, ජාතික ප්‍රවාහන වෛද්‍ය ආයතනයට අදාළව හඳුනාගෙන ඇති නව සේවා අවශ්‍යතා යන කරුණු කෙරෙහි විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කරන ලදී.

ඒ අනුව   ඉදිරියේදී  මහා මාර්ග හා ප්‍රවාහන අංශයේ ගැටලු සම්බන්ධයෙන් කඩිනමින් විසඳුම් ලබා දීමට ප්‍රවාහන සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවක් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ගයාන් ජානක මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පැවැත්වේ.

එමෙන්ම පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ මාර්ග සංවර්ධන කටයුතු සඳහා මේ වර්ෂයට දැනට ලබාදී ඇති මුදලට අමතරව රුපියල් මිලියන 250ක පමණ මුදලක් ලබාදීමට කටයුතු කරන බව ද ඒ මහතා පැවසීය.

තවද පුත්තලම සිට හලාවත දක්වා වන දුම්රිය මාර්ගයේ පවතින ගැටලු විසඳීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය තාක්ෂණික සහාය කඩිනමින් ලබාදීමට කටයුතු කරන බවද පවසන ලදී.

මෙම සාකච්ඡාව සඳහා  රාජ්‍ය පරිපාලන පළාත් සභා හා පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍ය චන්දන අබේරත්න මැතිතුමා ඇතුළු දේශපාලන අධිකාරිය, දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් එච්.එම්.එස්.පී හේරත් මහතා, අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් (පාලන), අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් (ඉඩම්), ප්‍රවාහන මහා මාර්ග හා සිවිල් ගුවන් සේවා අමාත්‍යාංශයේ අතිරේක ලේකම් ඇතුළු නිලධාරීන් රැසක් සහභාගි විය.

Steps to modernize Nattandiya and Chilaw railway stations under the Dream Destination Railway Station Modernization Program.....

The Nattandiya and Chilaw railway stations in the Puttalam district have been selected for modernization under the Dream Destination Railway Station Modernization Program, said Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation Bimal Rathnayake. He said this at the Special Coordination Committee held today at the Puttalam District Secretariat auditorium to discuss the issues of the institutions under the Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation.

Special attention was paid to the following issues: roads where buses have not been operated in the last two years, bus routes where buses have not been operated due to lack of profit, new bus routes that should be implemented inter-provincially, roads that need to be developed where there are traffic difficulties, information related to unsafe railway gates, road signs, information on essential locations, other proposed service requirements that need to be developed in relation to railway stations, new service requirements in services related to the Department of Motor Transport, and new service requirements identified in relation to the National Transport Medical Institute.

Accordingly, a Transport Coordination Committee will be convened under the chairmanship of Member of Parliament Gayan Janaka to provide prompt solutions to the problems of the Highways and Transport sector in the future.

He also said that steps will be taken to provide about Rs. 250 million in addition to the amount already provided for this year for road development activities in the Puttalam district.

It was also stated that necessary technical assistance will be provided promptly to resolve the problems on the railway line from Puttalam to Chilaw.

The discussion was attended by the Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Mr. Chandana Abeyrathne, the political authority, District Secretary H.M.S.P. Herath, Additional District Secretary (Administration), Additional District Secretary (Lands), Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Civil Aviation, and many other officials.

கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளில் பேருந்துகள் இயக்கப்படாத சாலைகள், இலாபமின்மை காரணமாக பேருந்துகள் இயக்கப்படாத பேருந்து சாலைகள், மாகாணங்களுக்கு இடையே செயற்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய புதிய பேருந்து சாலைகள், போக்குவரத்து சிரமங்கள் இருக்கக் கூடிய மேம்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய சாலைகள், பாதுகாப்பற்ற இரயில் கடவைகள் தொடர்பான தகவல்கள், வீதி சமிஞ்சைகள், அத்தியாவசிய இடங்கள் பற்றிய தகவல்கள், இரயில் நிலையங்கள் தொடர்பாக மேம்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய ஏனைய முன்மொழியப்பட்ட சேவைத் தேவைகள், மோட்டார் போக்குவரத்துத் திணைக்களம் தொடர்பான சேவைகளுல் புதிய சேவைகள் பற்றிய தேவைகள் மற்றும் தேசிய போக்குவரத்து மருத்துவ நிறுவனம் தொடர்பாக அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ள புதிய சேவைகள் பற்றிய தேவைகள் ஆகிய பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து சிறப்பு கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டது.

அதனடிப்படையில், எதிர்காலத்தில் நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் மற்றும் போக்குவரத்துத் துறையின் பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு உடனடி தீர்வுகளை வழங்குவதற்காக நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் திரு. கயான் ஜனக அவர்களின் தலைமையில் போக்குவரத்து ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழு ஒன்று கூட்டப்படும்.

புத்தளம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள வீதிகளை மேம்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்காக இந்த ஆண்டு ஏற்கனவே வழங்கப்பட்ட தொகைக்கு மேலதிகமாக சுமார் 250 மில்லியன் ரூபாய்களை வழங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

புத்தளம் முதல் சிலாபம் வரையிலான இரயில் பாதையில் உள்ள சிக்கல்களைத் தீர்க்க தேவையான தொழில்நுட்ப உதவிகள் உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படும் என்றும் கூறப்பட்டது.
