පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික්කයේ සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීම උදෙසා එළුවන්කුලම,ගඟේවාඩිය,කල්පිටිය, විල්පත්තු වනෝද්යානය ආශ්රිතව පවතින ගැටලු පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡාවක් පරිසර නියෝජ්ය අමාත්යය ඇන්ටන් සරත් ජයකොඩි මැතිතුමා සහ ආණ්ඩුකාරවර තිස්ස වර්ණසූරිය මැතිතුමාගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන් දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් නිල ශ්රවණාගාරයේ දී පැවැත්විණි.
ඒ අනුව මෙහිදී විල්පත්තු අභයභූමිය තුළ පවතින ගැටලු හා පිවිසුම් මාර්ග වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම, ප්රදේශයේ පාරිසරික පද්ධතිය ආරක්ෂාව වන පරිදි සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය සඳහා විවර කිරීම පිළිබඳව, සංරක්ෂිත ස්ථාන හා ගඟේවාඩිය කල්පිටිය අතර බෝට්ටු සේවාව පවත්වාගෙන යෑම ආදිය පිළිබඳව විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කරන ලදී.
මෙම සාකච්ඡාව සඳහා වයඹ ප්රධාන ලේකම්තුමා , පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම්තුමා , ආණ්ඩුකාරවර ලේකම්තුමා, වයඹ සංවර්ධන අධිකාරිය, වන සංරක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව, වනජීවී දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව ඇතුළු රාජ්ය ආයතන නිලධාරීන්, සෆාරි රථ සංගම් සහ හෝටල් හිමියන් සහභාගී වූහ.

புத்தளம் மாவட்டத்தின் சுற்றுலாத் துரையினை மேம்படுத்தும் முகமாக எலுவன்குளம், கங்கேவாடிய (குளிக்குமிடம்), கல்பிட்டி மற்றும் வில்பத்து தேசிய பூங்கா/ வனம் தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்த கலந்துரையாடல் பிரதி சுற்றாடல் அமைச்சர் திரு. அன்டன் சரத் ஜெயக்கொடி மற்றும் கௌரவ. ஆளுநர் திரு. திஸ்ஸ வர்ணசூரிய ஆகியோரின் தலைமையில் மாவட்ட செயலாளரின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
அதற்கமைவாக, வில்பத்து சரணாலயம் சார்ந்த பிரச்சினைகள் உள்நுழையும் பாதைகளை மேம்படுத்தல், பிரதேசத்தின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் சார்ந்த பாதிப்புகள் ஏற்படாதவாறு அந்தப் பகுதியை சுற்றுலாத் துறைக்குத் இடமளித்தல், பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகள் மற்றும் கங்கேவாடியவிலிருந்து கல்பிட்டி பிரதேசத்திற்கு படகு சேவையை முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்லல் போன்ற விடயங்கள் குறித்து சிறப்பு கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டது.

With a view to promoting the tourism industry of Puttalam District, a discussion on the issues related to Eluwankulam, Gangewadiya, Kalpitiya, and Wilpattu National Park was held under the patronage of the Deputy Minister of Environment, Anton Sarath Jayakody, and the Governor, Tissa Warnasuriya, at the District Secretary's official auditorium.
Accordingly, special attention was paid to the issues as well as the improvement of the access roads in the Wilpattu Sanctuary, opening the area to the tourism industry in a way that protects the ecological system, and maintaining the boat service between the protected areas and Gangewadiya, Kalpitiya, etc.
The chief secretary of the North Western Province, the district secretary of Puttalam, the secretary to the governor, officials from the North Western Development Authority, the Department of Forest Conservation, the Department of Wildlife, government institutions, representatives of safari vehicle associations, and hotel owners participated in this event.

තම්බපණ්ණිය,විල්පත්තුව,කල්පිටිය සංචාරක කලාපය ඇතුළු ප්රදේශ ගණනාවක් පිළිබඳව මෙහිදී විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කෙරිණි.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම්,වයඹ ප්රධාන අමාත්යාංශ ලේකම්,ආණ්ඩුකාර ලේකම්,වයඹ සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියේ අධ්යක්ෂ, යන නිලධාරීන් සහ ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරුන් ඇතුළු රාජ්ය නිලධාරීන් එක්ව සිටියහ.

தம்பபன்னி, வில்பத்து மற்றும் கல்பிட்டி சுற்றுலா வலயங்கள் உட்பட பல பிரதேசங்கள் சிறப்பு கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டது.
புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலாளர், வடமேல் மாகாண பிரதம அமைச்சின் செயலாளர், கௌரவ ஆளுநரின் செயலாளர், வடமேல் மாகாண அபிவிருத்தி அதிகாரசபையின் பணிப்பாளர் ஆகியோருடன் பிரதேச செயலாளர்கள் மற்றும் ஏனைய அரச அதிகாரிகள் இந்த நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்றனர்.

A program to introduce the Wayamba Tourism Plan to the Divisional Secretaries and Divisional Secretariat officers based in the Thambapanni Kingdom of Puttalam District was held at the Chilaw office of the Fisheries Ministry conference hall under the patronage of the Governor of the North Western Province, Hon. Tissa Warnasuriya.
Special attention was paid to a number of areas, including the Thambapanni, Wilpattu, and Kalpitiya tourist zones.
The Puttalam District Secretary, the Secretary to the Chief Ministry of the North Western Province , the Secretary to the Governor, the Director of the Wayamba Development Authority, and the Divisional Secretaries and other state officials participated in this event.
ශ්රී බුද්ධ වර්ෂ 2569 වන වෙසක් පුන් පොහොය නිමිති කොට පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ නිලධාරීන් විසින් දෙවන වරට සංවිධානය කළ අයිස් ක්රීම් දන්සැලට නන් අයුරින් සහයෝගය දුන් සෑම සියලු දෙනාට සහ එය අනුභව කිරීමට පැමිණි සියලුම දෙනාට දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම්තුමා ඇතුළු කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් කෘතවේදීව පුණ්යානුමෝදනා කර සිටිමු...!! මෙම උත්සවය වෙසක් පුන් පොහොය සැමරීමක් පමණක් නොව, ප්රජාවට ප්රීතියෙන් හා සමගියෙන් එක්වීමට අපූරු අවස්ථාවක් ද විය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සම්බන්ධ වූ සැමට අමතක නොවන එකක් බවට පත් කළ සියලු දෙනාගේ දායකත්වය සහ සහභාගීත්වය අපි අගය කරමු...!!
