மத்தியஸ்த வாரிய செயல்முறையை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் நாட்டில்  உள்ள அனைத்து பிரதேச செயலகங்களையும் உள்ளடக்கி, அபிவிருத்தி அலுவலர்கள் (மத்தியஸ்தகர்) பதவிக்கு நியமிக்க எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

அதன்படி, புத்தளம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள மாதம்பை பிரதேச செயலகத்தைத் தவிர பிற பிரதேச செயலகங்களுக்கான அபிவிருத்தி அலுவலர்கள் (சமரசம்) பதவிக்கு நியமிக்க பொருத்தமான பட்டதாரிகள் இருப்பின், அவர்கள் மத்தியஸ்த வாரிய ஆணைக்குழுவிற்கு உள்வாங்கப்படுவார்கள் என அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகின்றது.

It is expected to recruit Development Officers (Mediation) Officers covering all the Divisional Secretariats in the island with a view to further strengthening the Mediation Board process.

Accordingly, if there are suitable graduates to be recruited for the post of Development

Officers (Conciliation) for the Divisional Secretariats other than Madampe Divisional Secretariat in the Puttalam District, they have been directed to refer to the Mediation Board Commission.
