මේ වනවිට දැදුරුඔය ජලාශයේ වාන් දොරටු 06 ක් අඩි 03 බැගින් විවෘත කර ඇති අතර ඉන් තත්පරයට ඝන අඩි 12500 ක ජල ධාරිතාවක් නිකුත් කරමින් පවතින බව දැදුරුඔය වාරිමාර්ග ඉංජිනේරු ප්‍රකාශ කර සිටී .

එබැවින් ජලාශයෙන් පහල ප්‍රදේශවල සියලුම ප්‍රජාව අවදානයෙන් පසුවන ලෙස දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් H. M. S. P. හේරත් මහතා දන්වා සිටියි.
