චතුරක ජයසිංහ මහතා පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික්කයේ අතිරේක දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් (ඉඩම්) තනතුරෙහි පසුගිය දා (2024.06.01) රාජකාරි ආරම්භ කළේය.
2010 වර්ෂයේ දී ශ්රි ලංකා පරිපාලන සේවයට එක්වන ඒ මහතා ජාතික උරුමයන් පිළිබඳ අමාත්යාංශයේ සහකාර ලේකම්වරයෙකු ලෙස වෘත්තීය ජීවිතය ආරම්භ කර තිබේ. ඉන් අනතුරුව කල්පිටිය ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සහකාර ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරයා ලෙසත් වනාතවිල්ලුව, නාත්තන්ඩිය ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයන් හි ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරයා ලෙසත් සේවය කර ඇති ඒ මහතා වසර 13ක රාජ්ය සේවයේ අත්දැකිම් සපිරි නිලධාරියෙකි.
චතුරක ජයසිංහ මහතා ශ්රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ ගණිත අංශයේ උපාධිධරයෙකු වන අතර කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ ප්රාදේශීය සංවර්ධනය පිළිබඳ පශ්චාත් උපාධිධරයෙකු වේ.
එමෙන්ම ඒ මහතා විල්පොත අනුර විද්යාලය,විජය කටුපොත විද්යාලය, හලාවත ශාන්ත මරියා විද්යාලය සහ හලාවත ආනන්ද විද්යාලයේ ආදි ශිෂ්යයෙකි.
පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ නව අතිරේක දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් (ඉඩම්) ලෙස රාජකාරි ආරම්භ කළ චතුරක ජයසිංහ මහතාට දිසාපතිතුමා ඇතුළු දිස්ත්රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සියලු නිලධාරින්ගේ සහ ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරු ඇතුළු රාජ්ය නිලධාරින්ගේ සුභ පැතුම් පිරිනමන්නෙමු.

திரு.சத்துரக்க ஜயசிங்க அவர்கள்; புத்தளம் மாவட்ட மேலதிக மாவட்ட செயலாளர் (காணி;) பதவியில் கடந்த 2024.06.01 ஆந் திகதி அன்று கடமையினை ஆரம்பித்தார்
2010 ஆம் ஆண்டு இலங்கை நிர்வாக சேவையில் இணைந்த அவர் தேசிய மரபுரிமைகள் அமைச்சின் உதவி செயலாளராக தனது தொழில் வாழ்க்கையினை ஆரம்பித்தார். பின்னர் கல்பிட்டி பிரதேச செயலாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் உதவி பிரதேச செயலாளராகவும் மற்றும் வண்ணாத்திவில்லு மற்றும் நாத்தன்டிய பிரதேச செயலாளர் அலுவலகத்தில் பிரதேச செயலாளராகவும் சேவையாற்றிய இவர் 13 வருடகாலங்கள் அரச சேவையில் அனுபவம் பெற்றதொரு அதிகாரி ஆவார்.
சதுரக்க ஜயசிங்க அவர்கள் சிறி ஜயவர்தனபுர பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கணிதப் பிரிவில் பட்டதாரியாவதோடு; கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் பிரதேச அபிவிருத்தி தொடர்பான பட்டப்பின் படிப்பினை கற்றுத்தேர்ந்தவாராவார்.
அதே போல் அவர் வில்பொத்த அனுர வித்தி;யாலயம், விஜயகட்டுபொத்த வித்தி;யாலயம், சிலாபம் புனித மரியா வித்தியாலயம் மற்றும் சிலாபம் ஆனந்த் வித்யா கல்லூரி ஆகியவற்றின் பழைய மாணவருமாவார்.
புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் புதிய மேலதிக மாவட்ட செயலாளராக (காணிகள்) கடமைகளை ஆரம்பித்த திரு.சதுரக்க ஜயசிங்கவிற்கு அரசாங்க அதிபர் அனைத்து மாவட்ட செயலக உத்தியோகத்தர்கள்; மற்றும் பிரதேச செயலாளர்கள் உட்படஅனைத்து அரச உத்தியோகத்தர்களும் தம் வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கின்றனர்.

Mr. Chaturka Jayasinghe has started his duties as Additional District Secretary (Land) of Puttalam District on 1st June 2024 at District Secretariat, Puttalam.
Mr. Chaturka Jayasinghe joined the Sri Lanka Administrative Service in the year 2010 and started his career as an Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of National Heritage. Subsequently, he has served as Assistant Divisional Secretary of Kalpitiya and as Divisional Secretary of Wanathavilluwa and Naththandiya Divisional Secretariat Divisions.
Mr. Chaturka Jayasinghe obtained his graduation in Mathematics field from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. As well he completed his post graduate degree under Regional Development from the University of Colombo.
He is also an old student of Wilpotha Anura Vidyalaya, Vijaya Katupota Vidyalaya, Chilaw St. Mary's College and Chilaw Ananda College.
Congratulations to Mr. Chaturaka Jayasinghe who has started his duties as the new Additional District Secretary (Land) of the Puttalam District Secretariat, including the District Governor and all the officers of the District Secretariat and the state officials including Divisional Secretaries.
