ශ්‍රී බුද්ධ වර්ෂ 2569 වන වෙසක් පුන් පොහොය නිමිති කොට පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ නිලධාරීන් විසින් දෙවන වරට  සංවිධානය කළ  අයිස් ක්‍රීම්  දන්සැලට නන් අයුරින් සහයෝගය දුන් සෑම සියලු දෙනාට සහ එය අනුභව කිරීමට පැමිණි සියලුම දෙනාට දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්තුමා ඇතුළු කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් කෘතවේදීව පුණ්‍යානුමෝදනා කර සිටිමු...!! මෙම උත්සවය වෙසක් පුන් පොහොය සැමරීමක් පමණක් නොව, ප්‍රජාවට ප්‍රීතියෙන් හා සමගියෙන් එක්වීමට අපූරු අවස්ථාවක් ද විය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සම්බන්ධ වූ සැමට අමතක නොවන එකක් බවට පත් කළ සියලු දෙනාගේ දායකත්වය සහ සහභාගීත්වය අපි අගය කරමු...!!
