ක්ලීන් ශ්රී ලංකා වැඩසටහනේ පාරිසරික කුළුණ යටතේ, 2025 අයවැය ප්රතිපාදනවලට අනුකූලව, වාරිමාර්ග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් ක්රියාවට නංවනු ලබන වැව ආශ්රිත වැව් සීමා සලකුණු කිරීමේ තවත් වැඩසටහනක් අද (11) දින ඉඟිනිමිටිය ජලාශය ආශ්රිත ප්රදේශයෙන් ආරම්භ විය.
වැව් රක්ෂිත මායිම් ලකුණු කිරීමේ ව්යාපෘතිය යටතේ ඉඟිනිමිටිය ජලාශයේ මායිම් සලකුණු කිරීම අද ආරම්භ වූයේ පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ කමිටුවේ සභාපති රාජ්ය පරිපාලන, පළාත් සභා හා පළාත් පාලන අමාත්ය ආචාර්ය චන්දන අබේරත්න මහතාගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙනි.
මෙම වැඩසටහන යටතේ වාරිමාර්ග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින්, වැවක නිශ්චිත මායිම් හඳුනාගෙන, ඒවා අනවසර ඉඩම් අත්පත් කරගැනීම් හා නීති විරෝධී ඉදිකිරීම්වලින් ආරක්ෂා කර ගැනීම සඳහා සීමා සලකුණු යෙදීම සිදු කෙරේ . ඉන් අපේක්ෂා කරනුයේ ජල මූලාශ්ර දූෂණය වීම වැළැක්වීම සහ ශ්රී ලංකාවේ වාරි පද්ධතියේ තිරසාර පැවැත්ම තහවුරු කිරීම යි.

මෙම වැඩසටහන සාමාජයීය, පාරිසරික හා ආචාර ධර්මීය පැතිකඩ ඔස්සේ ධනාත්මක පරිවර්තනයක් ඇති කිරීම අරමුණු කොට දිවයින පුරා වැව් පද්ධති 23ක් සංරක්ෂණය කිරීම සඳහා ක්රියාත්මක වැඩසටහනෙහි එක් අදියරකි.

க்ளீன் ஶ்ரீலங்கா திட்டத்தின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் கோபுரம் என்ற திட்டத்தின் கீழ், 2025 வரவு செலவுத்திட்ட ஏற்பாடுகளுக்கு இணங்க, நீர்ப்பாசனத் திணைக்களத்தினால் செயற்படுத்தப்படும் வாவிகள் சார்ந்த வாவிகளின் எல்லைகளைக் குறிக்கும் மற்றுமொரு திட்டம், இங்கினிமிட்டிய நீர்த்தேக்கத்தைச் சூழவுள்ள பகுதியில் இன்று (11ஆம் திகதி) ஆரம்பமாகியது.
வாவிகள் காப்பக எல்லை குறிக்கும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இங்கினிமிட்டிய நீர்த்தேக்கத்தின் எல்லைகளைக் குறிக்கும் பணியானது, புத்தளம் மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவின் தலைவர், பொது நிர்வாகம், மாகாண சபைகள் மற்றும் உள்ளூராட்சி அமைச்சர் டாக்டர். திரு. சந்தன அபேரத்ன அவர்களின் தலைமையில் இன்று ஆரம்பமாகியது.
இத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், நீர்ப்பாசனத் திணைக்களத்தினால். ஒரு வாவியின் சரியான எல்லைகளை அடையாளங் காணப்பட்டு, அவற்றை அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத நிலங்கள் கையகப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் சட்டவிரோத கட்டுமானங்கள் போன்ற செயற்பாடுகிலிருந்து பாதுகாக்கும் முகமாக எல்லைக் குறியீடுள் இடப்படுகின்றது. நீராதாரங்கள் மாசுபடுவதைத் தடுப்பதும், இலங்கையில் நீர்ப்பாசன அமைப்பின் நிலைப்பேறாத்தன்மையை உறுதி செய்வதும் இதன் நோக்கமாகும்.
குருநாகல் மாவட்ட நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் திரு. சந்தன தென்னகோன், கிளீன் ஸ்ரீலங்கா பணிப்பாளர் திரு. அஞ்சுல பிரேமரத்ன, புத்தளம் நீர்ப்பாசன பணிப்பாளர், கருவலகஸ்வெவ பிரதேச செயலாளர், இங்கினிமிட்டிய பிரதேச நீர்ப்பாசன பொறியியல் அலுவலக அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் கிராம மக்கள் இந்நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
இந்நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டமானது சமூக, சூழல் மற்றும் நெறிமுறை போன்ற அம்சங்கள் ஊடாக நேர்மறையான மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்குவதை நோக்காகக் கொண்டு நாடு முழுவதும் 23 வாவித் தொகுதிகளை பாதுகாப்பதற்காக செயற்படுத்தப்படும் திட்டத்தின் ஒரு கட்டமாகும்.
Inginimitiya Reservoir Boundary Marking Program Begins...
Under the Environmental Pillar of the Clean Sri Lanka Program, in accordance with the 2025 budget provisions, another program to mark the boundaries of the tanks, implemented by the Irrigation Department, commenced today (11) in the area surrounding the Inginimitiya Reservoir.
The marking of the boundaries of the Inginimitiya Reservoir under the Tank Reserve Boundary Marking Project commenced today under the patronage of the Chairman of the Puttalam District Coordination Committee, Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Dr. Chandana Abeyratne.
Under this program, the Irrigation Department identifies the specific boundaries of a tank and applies boundary marks to protect them from unauthorized land acquisition and illegal construction. The aim is to prevent pollution of water sources and ensure the sustainability of the irrigation system in Sri Lanka.
Kurunegala District Parliamentarian Chandana Thennakoon, The Clean Sri Lanka Director Anjula Premaratne, Puttalam Irrigation Director, Karuwalagaswewa Divisional Secretary, officers of the Inginimitiya Divisional Irrigation Engineering Office and villagers were present at the event.
This program is one phase of the program implemented to conserve 23 tank systems across the island with the aim of creating positive transformation through social, environmental and ethical aspects.
