1998 වසරේ දී ශ්‍රි ලංකා ගුවන්හමුදාවට කැඩෙට් නිලධාරියෙකු ලෙස එක් වූ වින්ග්කමාන්ඩර් ජිනේන්ද්‍ර රණසිංහ මහතා පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ආපදා කළමනාකරණ ඒකකයේ සහකාර අධ්‍යක්ෂ තනතුරෙහි පසුගිය පෙබරවාරි දෙවන දා සිය රාජකාරි ආරම්භ කළේය.

උතුරු නැගෙනහිර ක්‍රියාන්විත රාජකාරියේ සහ තුන්වන ඊලාම් සටනේ දී මානුෂීය මෙහෙයුමට වින්ග්කමාන්ඩර් ජිනේන්ද්‍ර රණසිංහ මහතා සක්‍රීයව දායකත්වය ලබා දී ඇත.

ශ්‍රි ලංකා ගුවන්හමුදා පුහුණු කඳවුර භාර නිලධාරී ලෙස සහ මීරිගම ගුවන්හමුදා කඳවුරෙහි රෙජිමේන්තු පක්ෂාංගනයේ අණදෙන නිලධාරී ලෙස සේවය කර ඇති ඒ මහතා වසර 23ක පමණ සේවා අත්දැකීම් සපිරි නිලධාරියෙකි.

මෙම තනතුරෙහි රාජකාරි ආරම්භයට පෙර වින්ග්කමාන්ඩර් ජිනේන්ද්‍ර රණසිංහ මහතා ශ්‍රි ලංකා ගුවන්හමුදා ආපදා කළමනාකරණ පුහුණු මධ්‍යස්ථානය මුලතිව් හි අණදෙන නිලධාරි ලෙස වසර දෙකක කාලයක් සේවය කර තිබේ.

ඔහු ගම්පහ බණ්ඩාරනායක මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලයේ ආදි ශිෂ්‍යයෙකි.

නව සහකාර අධ්‍යක්ෂ වින්ග්කමාන්ඩර් ජිනේන්ද්‍ර රණසිංහ මහතාට දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්/දිසාපති කේ.ජි.විජේසිරි මහතා ඇතුළු කාර්යමණ්ඩලයේ සුබ පැතුම් එක් කරන්නෙමු.

1998 ஆம் ஆண்டு இலங்கை விமானப்படையில் ராணுவப்பயிற்சி அதிகாரியாக இணைந்து கொண்ட விங் கமாண்டர் ஜினேந்திர ரணசிங்க, பெப்ரவரி 2 ஆம் திகதி புத்தளம் மாவட்ட அனர்த்த முகாமைத்துவ பிரிவின் உதவிப் பணிப்பாளராக கடமைகளை பொறுப்பேற்றார்.

விங் கமாண்டர் ஜினேந்திர ரணசிங்க வடக்கு, கிழக்கில் மனிதாபிமான நடவடிக்கைகளிலும் மூன்றாம் ஈழப் போரிலும் தீவிரமாக ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார்.

இலங்கை விமானப்படை பயிற்சி முகாமின் கட்டளை அதிகாரியாகவும், மீரிகம விமானப்படை தளத்தில் உள்ள ரெஜிமென்ட் பிரிவின் கட்டளை அதிகாரியாகவும் 23 வருட சேவை அனுபவத்துடன் சேவையாற்றியுள்ளார்.

விங் கமாண்டர் ஜினேந்திர ரணசிங்க இப்பதவியை பொறுப்பேற்பதற்கு முன்னர் முல்லைத்தீவில் உள்ள இலங்கை விமானப்படையின் அனர்த்த முகாமைத்துவ பயிற்சி நிலையத்தின் கட்டளை அதிகாரியாக இரண்டு வருடங்கள் கடமையாற்றினார்.

இவர் கம்பஹா பண்டாரநாயக்க மத்திய கல்லூரியின் பழைய மாணவர்.

Wing Commander Jinendra Ranasinghe assumes duties as the Assistant Director of the Puttalam District Disaster Management Unit.

Wing Commander Jinendra Ranasinghe, who joined the Sri Lanka Air Force as a Cadet Officer in 1998, assumed duties as the Assistant Director of the Puttalam District Disaster Management Unit on February 2.

Wing Commander Jinendra Ranasinghe has been actively involved in humanitarian operations in the North and East and in the Third Eelam War.He has served as the Commanding Officer of the Sri Lanka Air Force Training Camp and the Commanding Officer of the Regiment Wing at the Mirigama Air Force Base with over 23 years of service experience.

Prior to assuming this post, Wing Commander Jinendra Ranasinghe served as the Commanding Officer of the Sri Lanka Air Force Disaster Management Training Center, Mullaitivu for two years.He is an alumnus of Bandaranaike Central College, Gampaha.

2006 වසරේ දී ශ්‍රි ලංකා පරිපාලන සේවයේ නිලධාරියෙකු ලෙස මැතිවරණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙහි රාජකාරි ආරම්භ කර ඇත. වසර දහසයකට (16) ආසන්න කාලයක් මැතිවරණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙහි සේවයෙහි නියුක්තව සිටි නිශාන්ත ද සිල්වා මහතා මාතලේ,බදුල්ල,කෑගල්ල සහ කුරුණෑගල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයන් හි සහකාර මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස් සහ නියෝජ්‍ය මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස් යන තනතුරු හොබවා තිබේ.ඒ 2007.01.01 දින සිට 2021.07.21 දින දක්වා ය.

ඉන් අනතුරුව ද්විතීක පදනම මත මාස හයක් පමණ මහවැලි අධිකාරියෙහි නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල් (පාලන හා මුදල්) ලෙස රාජකාරි හොබවා ඇත.

புத்தளம் மாவட்ட மேலதிக செயலாளராக (காணி) ஜி.டி.நிஷாந்த டி சில்வா தனது கடமைகளை பொறுப்பேற்றுக் கொண்டார்.

புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் மேலதிக மாவட்ட செயலாளராக (காணி) கமலத்கே திலிப் நிஷாந்த டி சில்வா இன்று (07.02.2022) தனது கடமைகளை பொறுப்பேற்றார்.

2006 ஆம் ஆண்டு இலங்கை நிர்வாக சேவையில் அதிகாரியாக தேர்தல்கள் திணைக்களத்தில் தனது கடமைகளை ஆரம்பித்தார். சுமார் 16 வருடங்களாக தேர்தல்கள் திணைக்களத்தில் கடமையாற்றிய நிஷாந்த டி சில்வா, 01.01.2007 முதல் 21.07.2021 வரை மாத்தளை, பதுளை, கேகாலை மற்றும் குருநாகல் மாவட்டங்களில் உதவி ஆணையாளர் மற்றும் பிரதி தேர்தல் ஆணையாளர் பதவிகளை வகித்துள்ளார்.

அதன் பின்னர் அவர் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபையின் பிரதிப் பணிப்பாளர் நாயகமாக (நிர்வாகம் மற்றும் நிதி) இரண்டாம் நிலை அடிப்படையில் சுமார் ஆறு மாதங்கள் பணியாற்றினார்.

புதிய மேலதிக மாவட்ட செயலாளர் (காணி) கமலத்கே திலிப் நிஷாந்த டி சில்வா அவர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட செயலாளர் கே.ஜி.விஜேசிறி மற்றும் ஊழியர்கள் வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்தனர்.

Gamlathge Dilip Nishantha de Silva assumed duties as the Additional District Secretary (Land) of the Puttalam District Secretariat today (07.02.2022).

He started his duties in the Elections Department in 2006 as an Officer in the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. Mr. Nishantha de Silva, who has been with the Elections Department for nearly 16 years, has held the posts of Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Elections in the Matale, Badulla, Kegalle and Kurunegala Districts from 01.01.2007 to 21.07.2021.

Thereafter he served as the Deputy Director General (Administration and Finance) of the Mahaweli Authority for about six months on a secondary basis.

දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කේ.ජී විජේසිරි මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් 74 වන ජාතික නිදහස් දින සැමරුම අද දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී පැවැත්වීය. මීට සමගාමීව රුක් රෝපණ වැඩසටහනක් කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ සහ සියලූම ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාල, පොලිස් ස්ථාන සහ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන පරිශ්‍රයන් හි දී අද ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. මෙහි දී පැළ 1500 කට අධික ප්‍රමාණයක් රෝපණය කිරීමට නියමිතය.

74^th National Independence Day Celebration - Puttalam District Secretariat

The 74th Independence Day celebrations were held under the patronage of District Secretary K.G Wijesiri at the District Secretariat premises.

Simultaneously, a tree planting program is being carried out in the office premises and in all the Divisional Secretariats, Police Stations and Government Institution premises today. More than 1500 saplings will be planted here.

74வது சுதந்திர தின நிகழ்வுகள் இன்று மாவட்ட செயலக வளாகத்தில் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் கே.ஜி.விஜேசிறி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது . இதேவேளை, அலுவலக வளாகம் மற்றும் அனைத்து பிரதேச செயலகம், பொலிஸ் நிலையம் மற்றும் அரச நிறுவன வளாகங்களில் மர நடுகை நிகழ்ச்சியும் இன்று முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றது. 1500 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட செடிகள் நாடப்பட உள்ளன.
