මෙරට ඉතිහාසයට අඳුරු මතකයන් එක්කරමින් මිනිත්තු කිහිපයක් තුළ බොහෝ දෙනෙකුට සිය ආදරණියයන් අහිමි කළ ත්සුනාමී ව්‍යසනයට වසර 17ක් සපිරේ. එම ඛේදවාචකයෙන් දිවි අහිමි වූ ජනතාව සිහිපත් කරනු පිණිස ජාතික සුරක්ෂිතතා දින වැඩසටහන දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කේ.ජි.විජේසිරි මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී පසුගිය දා පැවැත්විණ.

මෙම ව්‍යසනයෙන් අතුරුදහන් වූ හා මියගිය අයවළුන් සිහිපත් කරමින් ඔවුන්ට පිං පැමිණවීමේ සර්ව ආගමික වතාවත්  හා විනාඩියක නිහැඩියාවක් දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල නිලධාරීන් විසින් පැවැත්වන ලදි.

මෙම සුරක්ෂිතතා දිනයට සමගාමීව දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ රුක් රෝපණ වැඩසටහනක්  ද ක්‍රියාත්මක විය.

දිස්ත්‍රික් ආපදා කළමනාකරණ ඒකකය විසින් මෙම වැඩසටහන සංවිධානය කළේය.

புத்தளம் மாவட்ட செயலகத்தில் தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு தினம் ......

இந்நாட்டின் வரலாற்றில் இருண்ட நினைவுகளைச் சேர்த்து, சில நிமிடங்களில் பலரைப் பலிவாங்கிய சுனாமி அனர்த்தம் நிகழ்ந்து இன்றுடன் 17 வருடங்களாகின்றன. இந்த அனர்த்தத்தில் உயிரிழந்த மக்களை நினைவு கூறும் வகையில் தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு தின நிகழ்வு மாவட்ட செயலாளர் கே.ஜி.விஜேசிறி தலைமையில் அண்மையில் மாவட்ட செயலக வளாகத்தில் இடம்பெற்றது.

மாவட்ட செயலக அதிகாரிகள் ஒரு நிமிட சமய அனுஷ்டானமும் ஒரு நிமிடம் மௌன அஞ்சலியும் செலுத்தி, அனர்த்தத்தில் காணாமல் போனவர்களுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினர்.

இந்த பாதுகாப்பு தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு மாவட்ட செயலக வளாகத்தில் மர நடுகை நிகழ்ச்சியும் இடம்பெற்றது.

மாவட்ட அனர்த்த முகாமைத்துவ பிரிவினால் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.

Puttalam District Secretariat celebrates National Security Day ......

It has been 17 years since the tsunami disaster that claimed the lives of many people in a matter of minutes, adding dark memories to the history of this country. The National Safety Day program was held under the patronage of District Secretary KG Wijesiri at the District Secretariat premises recently to commemorate the people who lost their lives in the tragedy.

District Secretariat officials held a minute of religious observance and a minute of silence to pay their respects to those who went missing and died in the disaster.

A tree-planting program was also held at the District Secretariat premises to coincide with this Safety Day.

The program was organized by the District Disaster Management Unit.

තෘතියික හා කාර්මික අධ්යාිපන සහ වෘත්තීය පුහුණු ක්ෂේත්ර ය සංවර්ධනය සඳහා වූ දිස්ත්රි ක්  මෙහෙයුම් කමිටුව පසුගිය 21 වන දා පැවැත්විණි.  ප්‍රාදේශීය  ලේකම්වරු ඇතුළු මෙම විෂය ක්ෂේත්‍රයට අදාළ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ සියලූම නිළධාරීන් මේ අවස්ථාව සඳහා සහභාගී විය.

යෝජනා හා සාකච්ඡා වාරයේ දී සාකච්ඡා වූ ප්රීධානතම ගැටළුවක් වූයේ උසස් පෙළින් හෝ සාමාන්යල පෙළින් පාසලෙන් ඉවත් වන දමිළ මාධ්ය  සිසුන්ට මෙම වෘත්තීය පුහුණු පාඨමාලාවන් දමිළ මාධ්‍යයෙන්  හැදෑරීමට අවස්ථාවක් නොමැති බවයි.

අදාළ ගැටලුවට කඩිනම් විසදුමක් ලෙස මුලසුන හෙබවූ පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රිපක් දිසාපති කේ.ජී විජේසිරි මහතා පැවසූයේ වෘත්තීය පුහුණු පාඨමාලා දමිළ මාධ්යෙයෙනුත් ආරම්භ කිරීමට අව්යපශ්ය  පියවර ගන්නා ලෙසයි. වෘත්තීය අධ්යාේපනයේ නියැලෙන දක්ෂ සිසුන් හඳුනා ගෙන ඔවුන් පුහුණු ගුරුවරුන් ලෙස බඳවා ගන්නේ නම් මෙය වඩාත් වඩාත් සාර්ථක ව්‍යායාමයක් වන බව මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගී වූ ආණමඩුව කාර්මික විද්‍යාලයේ විදුහල්පති අයි. එස්. කේ ජයරත්න  මහතාගේ අදහස විය.

පාසල් අධ්‍යාපනය කඩාකප්පල් වී අතරමං වන තරුණ ජීවිත යහමඟට ගැනීමට ඇති වඩාත් සාර්ථක උපායමාර්ගය වෘත්තීය පුහුණු අධ්‍යාපනය  බවත් , දේශීය මෙන් ම විදේශීය  ශ්රාම වෙළඳපළ හඳුනාගෙන ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍්‍ය ශ්ර ම බලකාය නිවැරදි මාර්ගෝපදේශනය මත රට තුළ නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීම සැමගේම රාජකාරිය බව පුත්තලම දිස්ත්රියක් දිසාපති කේ.ජී විජේසිරි මහතා වැඩි දුරටත් ප්‍රකාශ කර සිටින ලදි.

புத்தளம் மாவட்டத்தில் அனைத்து திறன் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளையும் தமிழில் ஆரம்பிப்பதற்கான புதிய யோசனை

மூன்றாம் நிலை மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்பயிற்சி கள மேம்பாட்டுக்கான மாவட்ட வழிகாட்டுதல் குழு கடந்த 21ம் தேதி நடந்தது. இதன்போது பிரதேச செயலாளர்கள் உட்பட இப்பிரதேசத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட மாவட்டத்தின் அனைத்து உத்தியோகத்தர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டனர். 

ஆலோசனைகள் மற்றும் கலந்துரையாடல் அமர்வின் போது பேசப்பட்ட முக்கிய விடயங்களில் ஒன்று, உயர்தரம் அல்லது சாதாரண தரத்தில் பாடசாலையை விட்டு வெளியேறும் தமிழ் வழி மாணவர்கள் தமிழ் ஊடகத்தில் இந்தத் தொழிற்பயிற்சி நெறிகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்கான வாய்ப்பு இல்லை.

கூட்டத்திற்கு தலைமை தாங்கிய புத்தளம் மாவட்ட அரசாங்க அதிபர் கே.ஜி.விஜேசிறி, தமிழ் மொழியிலும் தொழிற்பயிற்சி நெறிகளை ஆரம்பிப்பதற்கு தேவையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றார்.

பாடசாலைக் கல்வியினால் சீர்குலைந்து வரும் இளம் வயதினரை புனர்வாழ்வளிக்க தொழில் பயிற்சியே வெற்றிகரமான உத்தி எனவும், உள்நாட்டு மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டு தொழில் சந்தையை இனங்கண்டு கொள்வது அனைவரின் கடமை எனவும் சரியான வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ் நாட்டில் தேவையான மனிதவளத்தை உற்பத்தி செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும் புத்தளம் மாவட்ட அரசாங்க அதிபர் திரு.கே.ஜி.விஜேசிறி தெரிவித்தார்.

New proposal to start all skills training courses in Puttalam District in Tamil…

District Steering Committee for Tertiary and Technical Education and Vocational Training Field Development was held on the 21st. All the officers of the district relevant to this subject area including the Divisional Secretaries were present at this occasion. 

One of the main issues discussed during the suggestions was that Tamil medium students who drop out of advanced level or general level do not have the opportunity to take these vocational training courses in Tamil medium.

Puttalam District Government Agent K.G Wijesiri, who presided over the meeting, said that necessary steps should be taken to start vocational training courses in Tamil medium as well.  Mr. KG Wijesiri, Government Agent, Puttalam District further stated that vocational training is the most successful strategy to rehabilitate the young lives that are being disrupted by school education and that it is the duty of everyone to identify the local as well as foreign labor market and produce the required manpower in the country under the right guidance.
