දිස්ත්‍රික් ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩල නිලවරණය පුත්තලම - 2020

පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩල නිලවරණය දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්/ දිසාපති කේ.ජී. විජේසිරි මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පසුගිය දා (2021-07-27) පුත්තලම ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාල ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේ දී පැවැත්විණ.
දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාශ 16 නියෝජනය කරමින් ප්‍රාදේශීය ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩල සභාපති සහ ලේඛකාධිකාරී ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේලා තිස් දෙනමක් මෙහිදී ඡන්දය ප්‍රකාශ කළා.
දිස්ත්‍රික් ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩල ගරු සභාපති තනතුර සඳහා හලාවත ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය හාල්පන්විල පාලිත ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ ගේ සහ ආණමඩුව ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය වඩත්තේ සෝමානන්ද ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ ගේ නම් යෝජනා වූ බැවින් රහස්‍ය ඡන්ද විමසීමකට යොමු වුවා.
ඒ අනුව හලාවත ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය හාල්පන්විල පාලිත ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේ වැඩි ඡන්ද ලබාගනිමින් පුත්තලම දිසා ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ සභාපති ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේ ලෙස තේරි පත්විය.
දිස්ත්‍රික් ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩල ගරු ලේඛකාධිකාරි තනතුර සඳහා ආරච්චිකට්ටුව ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය නවදන්කුලමේ මේධානන්ද ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ ගේ සහ කල්පිටිය ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය මිගෙට්ටුවත්තේ සුමිත්ත ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ ගේ නම් යෝජනා වූ බැවින් ලේඛකාධිකාරිධුරය සඳහා ද රහස්‍ය ඡන්ද විමසීමකට යොමු වූවා.
ඒ අනුව ආරච්චිකට්ටුව ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය නවදන්කුලමේ මේධානන්ද ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ වැඩි ඡන්ද ලබාගනිමින් පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික් ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ ලෙස තේරි පත් විය.
අනතුරුව නාත්තන්ඩිය ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය හාල්දඩුවන පඤ්ඤාසෝම ස්වාමින්වහන්සේ නියෝජ්‍ය සභපති ධුරයට ද මාදම්පේ ශාසනාරක්ෂක මණ්ඩලයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි පූජ්‍ය හේනේපොල ශ්‍රි සුමංගල තිස්ස ස්මාමින්වහන්සේ නියෝජ්‍ය ලේඛකාධිකාරි ධුරය ද තේරීපත් විය.
එමෙන් ම මෙහිදී සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරි ආගමික අනුමණ්ඩල සාමාජික ස්වාමින්වහන්සේලා හතරනමක් ද දහම්පාසල් අනුමණ්ඩල සාමාජික ගිහි/පැවිදි හතර දෙනෙකු ද සංස්කෘතික සමාජ අනුමණ්ඩල සමාජිකයින් හතර දෙනෙකු ද , ශාසනාරක්ෂක ප්‍රාදේශීය මණ්ඩලය පිළිබඳ අනුමණ්ඩලය සඳහා සාමාජිකයින් හතර දෙනෙකු සහ මුල්‍ය අනුමණ්ඩලය සඳහා සමාජිකයින් හතර දෙනෙකු ද තෝරාපත් කරගනු ලැබූවා.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් රවින්ද්‍ර වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා, ප්‍රධාන ගණකාධිකාරි මිථිලා කදානේගෙදර මහත්මිය, ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරු, පුත්තලම සහ හලාවත ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ පොලිස් අධිකාරිවරු, දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණසේවා නිලධාරී, බෞද්ධ කටයුතු සමායෝජක නිලධාරීන්,සංවර්ධන නිලධාරී ඇතුළු රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන් සහභාගී වූහ.

District Government Guard Board Election Puttalam-2020

Government Guard Board Election held at Puttalam Divisional Secretariat Auditorium last day (2021-07-27) under the patronage of District Secretary / GA Mr.K.G.Wijesiri.
Thirty of the Regional Legislative Guard Chairman and Authorary Monks voted here representing the 16 Divisional Secretariat Division in the district.
For the post of Honorable Chairman of the District Government Guard Board, the author of the Chilaw Sanasana Guard Board, Venerable Halpanwila Palitha Thero and the writer of the Anamaduwa Sanasana Guard Board, Wadatte Somananda Swamy's names were proposed.
Accordingly, the writer of the Chilaw Sanasana Guard Board, Hon. Halpanwila Palitha Thero, became the president of the Puttalam Dissa Sanasana Guard Board, getting more votes.

The names of the Aarachchikattuwa Sasana Guard Ven. Navadankulame Mehnanda Thero and the writer of the Kalpitiya Sasana Guard Ven. Migettuwatte Sumitha Thero were proposed for the post of the Hon. Writer of the Aarachchikattuwa Sasana Guard Board and the writer of the Kalpitiya Sasana Guard Board.
According to this, the writer of the Aarachchikattuwa Sanasana Guard Ven. Navadankulame Mehnanda Thero was appointed as the writer of the Puttalam District Legislative Security Board by getting more votes. 

After that, the writer of the Naththandiya Sasana Guard Board, Hon. Haldaduwana Pathnasoma Thero was elected as the Deputy Chairman and the writer of Madampe Sasana Guard Board, Ven. Henepola Sri Sumangala Tissa Smamin was also elected as the Deputy Writer of the Madampe Sasana Guard.
Also here, four Assistant Authorities, Religious Affiliate Member Monks, four Dhampasal Affiliate Members, four Cultural Society Affiliate Members, four members for the endorsement of the Sasana Guard Regional Board and four members for the original endorsement. ..
Additional District Secretary Mr. Ravindra Wickramasinghe, Chief Accountant Mrs. Mithila Kadanegedara, Regional Secretaries, Senior Police Officers of Puttalam and Chilaw, District Youth Service Officer, Buddhist Affairs Coordinator Officer, Development Officer and Government Officers also participated in the event.

“සෞභාග්‍යයේ දැක්මෙහි” තවත් මල්ඵල ගැනවීමක්..................!

අතිගරු ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මැතුමන්ගේ “සෞභාග්‍යයේ දැක්ම” ප්‍රතිපත්ති ප්‍රකාශනයට අනුව දිවයිනෙහි සෑම පාසලකටම පුස්තකාලයක් ලබා දීමෙහි අරමුණ පෙරදැරි කොට ගෙන පුත්තලම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ අති දුෂ්කර පාසල් අටක් (08) තෝරා ගෙන රුපියල් ලක්ෂ 2කට අධික වටිනාකමකින් යුතු පොත් කට්ටල බෙදා දීමක් අද දින පුත්තලම ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ දී “ගම සමඟ පිළිසඳර” ප්‍රගති සමාලෝචන රැස්වීමට සමගාමීව සිදු වුණා. අදාළ පොත් කට්ටල භාර ගැනීම සඳහා එම පාසල්වල විදුහල්පතිවරුන් ද මෙම අවස්ථාවට පැමිණ සිටියා.

Another fruitful blossom in the "Vistas of Prosperity..................!"

According to the "Vision of Prosperity" policy statement of Honorable President Gotabhaya Rajapaksha, the aim of library to every school in the island has been preceded and selected eight (08) most difficult schools in Puttalam district and distribution took place on 2021.07.17 at Puttalam Divisional Secretariat in conjunction with the "Gama Samaga Pilisandara" progress review meeting. Principals of those schools also attended the event to accept the relevant book sets.
